Manazir, my cousin brother....made this Impressed Chocolate Mocha Cake poured with Choc. Ganache, decorated with mini Strawberries & some green grapes....especially for his very belated birthday....Anyway boy, wishing u many more happy returns of the day..May Allah bless u to b a good muslim.

This is Impressed Chocolate Moist ordered by Mr. Vasan of Metro Security Services, Bangsar.

Since he just want a simple chocolate cake, I poured chocolate ganache on top & drawn simple designs with buttercream. The surrounding being covered with choc. rice. Looks very milky & attractive ..... :-)

Kak Ani of Kg. Lindungan, Sunway, planned to shift house on 05.07.09. So, as to thank for those who will help her on that day, she ordered this cake. She also told me that she hopes after this her life will be more peace.....So, I put some butterflies on her cake as a symbol of her freedom...

That evening she called me and say 'Adik, kek tu sedap sangat..dah licin sume orang makan'.. So happy to hear that..

Above is Chocolate Moist Cake with Dark Topping, Sliced Chocolate & Fresh Strawberries.. Ordered by Siti Maslina of Puchong for her brother's birthday on 05.07.09. Since I had no stock of strawberry, Mas willing to get it on her own. And she waited till I finished decorate this cake... Thanks a lot Mas...

The next day, she told me that the cake was very delicious & chocolaty...
