31st July '09 was my only sister's birthday. As a surprise, I made this Impressed Blueberry Cake for her. This is a Chocolate Spong Cake layered & topped with Fresh Cream. Decorated with Blueberry filling, Red Cherries & Chocolate Ganache. First time tried this cake & it turn out well. Received compliments frm friends & relatives ..... :)
